My ARC Review:
Another fantastic read by Lauren, I really enjoyed this one, the storyline was fun and really grabbed me, the couple Aiden and Savvy were cute and ultra hot sexy together beyond words, but again it was Lauren’s writing skills and her unique way of saying things that really did it for me, I have some new lifelong phrases that I will be using from this book lol!
Savvy ‘who isn’t Savvy’ is smarter than hell, quick witted, beautiful and caring but is not street smart, the men in her life tend to know this and use it to her disadvantage, so poor Savvy ends up in bad situations getting hurt. She’s on her way to her school reunion having lost loads of weight and gotten herself fit and with a hot boyfriend on her arm, the idea being she was going to show the captain of the football team, douchebag for short, just how good her life has turned out to be after he used and abused her – but things don’t turn out as planned! No hot boyfriend and the mother of all days end up with her drinking her sorrows in a bar.
Aiden ‘who isn’t ugly’ has also had the mother of all days, and walks into the bar Savvy is in to drown his sorrows – they end up sitting together and talking the night away. Their chemistry is off the chart, the attraction is so powerful, can a wild night with a stranger change the fate for both of them?
The storyline is quite dramatic, both characters have a hell of a lot going on in their life and they’re in for one hell of an epic adventure together!! Dangerous, hot, sexy and romantic you really can’t go wrong with this one, it has it all!! Keep a look out for the one-liners that will have you laughing your socks off and becoming part of your repertoire!! A brilliant read, highly recommended!!
