My ARC Review:

Book 3 in this Time River series from Amy and it’s another cracker of a read! This is Ezra’s story, town sheriff and single dad of 3 fabulous kids, who ends up detaining Savannah who he finds camped out in a private field asleep in her car – his protective instincts kick in straight away and the chemistry starts to sizzle!

Savannah has had an awful upbringing, her sister was the only thing left in her whole world, they were each other’s rock, until something went wrong and her sister began to change, eventually leaving her a note that Savannah was no longer needed in her life. Hurt and distraught she set about looking for her sister and ended up in Time River.

Ezra knows that something is not quite right, that Savannah is not telling him the truth, he also feels she needs help, and so sets about getting her a job and offering her a place to stay. But Ezra has his own demons in his past, and 3 young children to care for……

These two were just awesome together, slowly building up that inevitable connection, but add in Ezra’s 3 charming kiddos and you have a swoon worthy heart wrenching story that you just can’t put down. Lots of heat and steamy scenes when it gets going, but there are also lots of twists and turns in the plot, plenty of drama and suspense as you try and work out just what has happened and who is responsible! Add in all the fabulous people living in Time River who quickly adopt Savannah into their family lives and you have another fantastic addition to this wonderful series from Amy.
